i would say all spiders

did a google search for one of the IPs and came up with this

66.196.90.250 lj1121.inktomisearch.com Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Yahoo! Slurp; http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/ysearch/slurp)

so its a search bot,i neva submitted for any bot except google

turn on the bot identifier via admincp vbulletin options to display all bots browsing your board;)
