Is this possible?

Say someone selected fire as their element, is it possible to make it so they would then be able to choose thier character type, from a list that was specific to the fire element?

Also, is there anyway of giving one specific player an item? Say for doing something special? As a reward type thing.

Neither of the above are possible at this point, sorry.
