[Fixed] Hack Addon Error

I tried to install this hack addons, to display articles on FORUMHOME but I get the following error :

I downloaded the instruction from :

Followed all the instructions but got the above error. Any idea?

Oh... Okay... I thought it also applied for version 2.0. Well, I have to uninstall it I guess...
