Member Database (Stores Game monster kills)

I wanted to know how hard would it be for someone to make a Section for my members to use a drop down menu to choose a monster they have killed in a game and then beable to update it from time to time and a display page so they can have a list of kills and it also needs to have a special URL to there own Monster Kill page.
(i.e. http://www.domain.com/forum/memberki...mbernumberhere)

If you know how this would be done please atleast post if its Really hard to do... Thanks for reading.
