Nothing happen...

I upgraded to 3.0.7 and Installed vBindex. Following the instructions I updated vbconfig and admin/index.php. All easy and very simple.
I tried to play with the settings in the Admin CP but the board remains unchanged... any one can help?

I couldn't figure it out until I actually entered the vbindex.php page and there it was.
