Camstar 3 - Streaming Webcams (after its all said and done)!

I have yet to find a package for vbulletin that would allow basic to full streaming audio and video so i guess we will start with this basic script and build upon it.......i seek all your help in this effort! The orignal script is attached! i will follow up on what i have accomplished and ask for help in areas that can make you part of this joint effort!

This effort will not be sold.....and will be available to all licenced vbulletin holders............now let have some fun add great features to our websites and make some money!

TO DO LIST: Please help if you know how?
Add forumname
Add date and a counter of how many images were upload per member
Add picture rating and list top 10 image from the webcam gallery (what is now called a webcam portal)

Current Status: Made some CSS changes to fit the look and feel of my forum!
started work on a new display output page of the live uploaded feeds! for the webcam gallery page and made some minor webcam portal page layout adjustments... as it is in original form users can upload there cam addresses and it will display at 30 secound intervals so i thought this free version would be what we build upon? it installls with no problems and gives a basic webcam function to your forum!
