[Fixed] Article Images
Hi,
I upgraded the article system and everything wents fine but now I have a question. There is a new link to show all images attached to an article and thats working fine but how to delete an image in an article? I have an article with two images but one of them was only a temp. image and now where I've found a better one I would like to delete the other but I don't find the option to do so. cinq can you assist? Kind regards jluerken |
You can edit articles in the AdminCp.
Go to the cinq's "vbArticles Hack" drop down, View all articles. Click on "edit" in the article you want to fix. Upload the new pic to the image sub-folder noted just above the article text box. Then replace the name of your temp image with the one you just uploaded. HTH. |
Yes but I have two images for one article and can only get rid of one. The other stays.

When you edit the article from your admincp, does the path for the image show in the article text like: <img src="http://www.yoursite.com/forum/images/articles//3/2.jpg">?
If so, upload your new image to the article sub-folder, (3 in the above example) then delete the temp image (2.jpg above) and replace it with your new uploaded image, save and your new image should replace the temp one. |
