Change Username

Is there anyway to prevent users from chaning user's names of admins, super mods, and mods?

A user should not be able to change their name to a name that already exsists.

No I mean what prevents a user using the Change Other User's Title, and then changes the Admin name. Is this already done in the program or do I have to change something.

users can't change other members user names. only their user title, below their name. if that title is Admin, yeah that will be changed as well. but other users names can't be changed. that would really suck, imagine trying to log in under your user name, and you keep getting an error saying you're using the wrong password or username, and you wouldn't know before hand that your user name has been changed.

by the way you can turn all the actions off.
