Please Help: Version 2.3.6
 

Ok I don't even know if this is the right place to post this, but here goes ...

I need some serious help. I had 2.3.5 installed, but some idiot [insert friends name here] thought it would be better to have 2.3.6 so it was installed onto my webspace. Now the real problem is half the hacks and add-ons I want won't install properly or at all, when I know they worked before.

What can I do? I obviously can't go back to .5 and I don't want to install version 3 of anything. :disappointed:

There was a complete crash before when having .5 so there is no backup. (The crash having nothing to do with the version.) 2.3.6 was a completely fresh install.

Please. If I can't fix this it will all be in vain and a complete waste of money to me. :(

Try vbulletin.com, the devs will know what to do.

I tried that. They told me they couldn't help and I had to post here. :surprised:

port the hacks or ask the hack author for help. In a real crunch, post a service request and pay somebody to sort out the mess by upgrading the hacks.
