vb3.0.7, vBArticles Management is missing on Vbulletin Options?

Cing,

Just upgrade to 3.0.7, i have re-install the files but theres no vbArticles Management on vbulletin Options?

VBulletin Options>vBArticles Management <--- missing after upgrade.
