Suggestion for the vb.org portal page

A nice little link that says "want this portal, click here" - and a pae with a nice big evil laughing face that says "NO YOUR NOT WORTHY"

We just seem to get that question alot. Maybe just sticky it in the portal subforum. =)

I think the sticky idea would be a little bit more customer friendly the laughing face. :p
