5 strikes system emailing user

Hi everyone,

With the 5 strikes system an email with the offender's IP address is sent to the user when more than 5 attempts are made to access an account.

Is it possible to;
1-have that same email also sent to the admin
2-have the email sent without the IP address to the user and with the IP address to the admin.
