Is there an easy way to creative a link at the top next to the "View First Unread" link that would be "View Last Post".

I know it's &lastpost at the end of the link to make it go there in the url string. I guess all I really need is the code or variable to allow me to dyanimcally make the link point to the url the user is currently viewing.

Any ideas?
