members cant post, they get a gold box around the post box
 

on my forum i have subscribers and for some reason they cant post. they cant type or post a smiley. im testing other usergroups but i dont get what happened. i recently installed the shout box and vb galler Rc2.

they get like a yellow box around the post section.

if you can help please let me know

update: i cant post either! no one can. i edited files but i dont know what file will do this. vbgallery is giving me issues as well could it be that?

i really need to get this fixed asap. please help
