buttons are messed up. please help
 
at the top of my forum i have buttons that are off and making the banner move upward. i dont get the issue. its also happening in the portal page. i havent uploaded the forum button casue my friend has it on his PC. he made it. but i dont think thats the issue. if you know why this is happeneing please let me know how to fix it. thanks
