Remove avatr when changing usergroup or permission mod

When you remove avatar and profile pic permisions from a usergroup, they are still there. Is there a way to have them removed from view, or deleted. I have removed these permissions from the normal usergroup, and added a subscription for avatars/profile pics, but now there is no reason for them to upgrade because they still have them, lol... And if a member gets the subscription, and uploads them, then doesn't renew, he will also still have them.. Is there a hack to fix this?

I just found this out too, it's like they get a lifetime membership which doens't help us support our forum.

I'll have a look into this tomorrow. There has to be a way of doing it so I'll see what I can find.
