Problems with bbcodeparse
I have a question, when an article is created and a url is entered it doesn't parse and create a hyperlink. Same thing happens when used a references, is this the way it was designed or just something I am overlooking? I see that articles.php has an include of bbcodeparse in its header, so shouldn't it work that way?

How are you keying in your links ? HTML or BBcode ?
Or just normal links without formatting ? |
I've tried all 3, but I have only tried normal links without formatting using 2.0. I'll edit one of my articles and link to show you.
http://www.hdclan.org/forums/article...rticle&artid=1 As you can see, none of the links within the article parsed as a link. However when using good old HTML it parsed as a reference. Any ideas? I do know a work around, just using FCK editor, and viewing source and using HTML that way. Just wondering why it didn't work this way. |
