Let users sticky their own threads.

Many current members from my board used to post in a Lithium forum. In Lithium users can "float" or sticky their own threads by clicking a button next to the thread, but only they can can see the thread stickied. This in turn makes for easy visual access of a thread. Is there any mod for this? If not can someone take up this job? :)

I'm pretty sure that can be done with usergroups / permissions...

No you cant. Im talking about letting users sticky their own threads. Kind of like a bookmark. But the thing is, when a user stickies them, only the user who stickied the thread can see it at the top. If anyone has posted at a Lithium board they know what im talking about.
