User does not exist error when trying to donate!

I have another user that is having an odd problem. No one can donate to her. She's never changed her user name but when we try to donate to her we get a message that says "user does not exist".

(I tried to view source to get the database error but just the script for my Forum Home comes up.)

Please help. Thank you! :)
