if i click INSTALL on the hacks..Will it actually install the hack on my board just like that? or if not do i have to manually do it. Cuz i have tried clicking the install and stuff never happend. i really need to know

Clicking install just keeps a record of which modifications you have installed on your board for your own reference if you view your UserCP. It is not an automatic-installer and will not modify your board in anyway :) It's also used to show gratification to authors for their hard-work by many!

aight one more question..why isnt my board dislplying right? the forums are like stuck togheter...i want them sperated and the image for the categories are very weird..

Your forums are displaying right, it is stock vB3. To customize it check out different hacks offered here or template modifications offered at vbulletintemplates.com. I imagine the separation bit you're looking for will be at vbt as a template mod.
