to:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/show.html?t=75832

That won't make it exactly the way you want it, but have a look through the discussion, it's similiar.

so you want to convert your forums to html?

i do not think it is possible to do show.html?t=75832 but you can show75832.html

This is possible as well. Either make Apache process .html as PHP, or use mod_rewrrite.

oh you can generate generate html files with .?variables

i didn't know that...
