Hi, could someone point me to where I could find information that may explain how I can go about setting up a system that shows the latest forum discussions from the vBulletin database on the homepage like the homepage of www.sitepoint.com ?
Also would there be a way for a moderator to pick out featured threads and have them show up on the homepage as well?

Im working with a CSS dreamweaver template, and dont know any programming languages very well.

If someone could help me understand some of this I would be thankful.
