Sorry but modifications on this site are only available for users with a valid license. You should have receieved an email when you purchased your license with your customer number and password to access the members area. You can use that to go here and then you must enter your email you used to register here with and you will then be able to download modifications in abour 1-2 hours :)

Sorry but you must purchase a license in order to download modifications. Possession of vBulletin without a license is illegal and you may face criminal action.

It is illegal to use vBulletin without a license. Your boss shouldn't be too pleased you are using pirated software.
