Some options just... not there?

Basically, I dont see this anywhere in the admin cp: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/attachmen...chmentid=19743

That or any area where i can edit the cost of the different features or disable or enable them. Where is it supposed to be?

Also, for all members except for me, I get the No Actions Found error.

It's in the Action Manager. Don't see the link? Edit admincp/index.php as per the instructions.

As for the No Actions Found, are your members in a custom usergroup?

Yes they are in custom usergroups. I will check the index.php file right away and get back to you.

Is it on the left window pane where it says Vbulletin Options, Arcade, etc? If it is I dont see it anywhere and I edited the index.php file to what it says to.

Yes, it is on the left window pane, and if it is not there after you refresh it, then you didn't edit the admincp/index.php file. ;)

The problem with your users being in custom usergroups is, quite honestly, I poorly designed the permissions system. There is a post I made for workarounds, but for the next version there should be a page where you can edit the defaults for allowed and denied groups. Let me search for the post I made and give you a link.

Here is the custom usergroup workaround post.

Ok. There is only one edit in the index.php file and im pretty sure I did it right. I can send u the file to make sure that I did do it right.
