Warn user - SQL Error.
 
Hello, when warning a member, this error came up.
Looks like warning_bans value is empty, any ideas what to check for?

warning_bans = ,

What version are you running? If different from the latest, please download the latest and upgrade.

Ok...there's a 3.1.5 now...
Is it easy to upgrade, does it take a long time?
