Main forum link

i hav emessed with my vbulletin and shouldnt have but i have everything just right now withthe exception of one thing...and it may be very simple for one to answer....i had used the vbadvanced portal for the forum index...thru my installations and such i could never get it going...so i went ahead and put everyhting back the way it was...now the problem i am having is this...when entering the forum url with hxxp://myforum.com/forum it used to take me to the hxxp://myforum.com/forum/index.php page...now...since i messed with some of the php files when you go to the forum url with hxxp://myforum.com/forum it does not take me to the index.php anymore, but instead displays a blank white page....

here are my 2 questions:

1. How do i get this to redirect as it had, back to index.php

2. Or..since i now have vbindex installed and up....how do i get the /forum to direct me to the vbindex page?

I hope i have given enuff details to get an answer and thank you all in advanced...Much Appreciated for everything that this site has!..Good Stuff!

thx for the help bud...but unfortuneatley that didnt do the trick and hasnt been touched...at the moment its set at index....even setting it at vbindex doesnt seem to help....as i have explained above the page goes white and the url is shown as

hxxp://myforum.com/forum/

and thats after entering this url

hxxp://myforum.com/forum

notice the slash at the end AFTER entering /forum...so that i guess is tellin me that it cant seem to redirect for some reason or another or cant find what it needs...or maybe theres some white space somewhere?...i dunno im kinda lost on this one :disappointed:
