User Agreement on Rules during Registration
 
Before someone can complete registration, I would like a rules page to be displayed that they must agree to .

is there a mod for this?

there is, but the windows small and truncated.

Just edit the phrase 'forum_rules_description' to suit your forum rules.

This is default vB, no mod needed for this.
