New User moderation in ModCP?

In AdminCP you can access the menu for moderating new members, however you cannot do this from ModCP. It seems really strange to me that Moderators can ban people yet they can't approve or deny new user requests.

Is there a way to make the new user moderation appear in ModCP as well?
