arcades allows to Enable multiplayer gaming if netPlay is installed?

Does anyone know of any?

I want them for my site...

AFAIK the feature is still on development, it's not available yet.

Correct, netPlay was going to be an additional option for v3arcade that you'd have to PAY for. Unfortunately, John never finished the development on it and the feature was never made available.
