Question for upgrade from IPB 1.3 to vB 3

We finnally decided to buy vB instead of IPb but have few questions...

1. We have ibProArcade, will it be possible to convert the data from ipb's db into vb's db so we can use it with ibProArcade vb version..

2. We have IBStore, and the comparision to that in vB is that of uShop..is it possible to convert over the points gained?
