cant view unless logged in or registered

That isn't a hack - it is an admincp setting.

Usergroups|Usergroup Manager|Unregistered/Not Logged In

Look under 'Forum Viewing Permissions' and change settings to suit.

Press Update button.

You're done.

can i getthe hack so you can see the board but when u want to view the post it has that message lol

No hack necessary.
This can be set using permissions and forum display options.
