I am in need of a sentinel hack that does this: Friends Site: Wall of Shame

If someone could point me in the right direction or make this hack, I would really appreciate it.

Basically what it does is when an Anon tries to access stuff on your site using illegal ways or hacking then it reads the IP, bans it and prevents it from accessing the site or server ever again or until I decide to unban it. That is the short version, going into details would be a long post and figured if you didn't get all info from that, someone will ask for more detail.
