How to get rid of...

The box above the navigation bar. It gives the home name > forum > threadtitle & the 'Welcome' info... I'm using CMPS so I don't need that welcome block up there AND the module on the front page so I'd like to get ride of that section and just have (from top to bottome) the logo, then navagation bar, then the content on the page.

What template do I need to alter to get rid of this? My next question is how do I put a 'path' in the forums so they can backtrack out of a thread? (that's not as important because they can just click Forum or use the forum jump drop down)

Well that worked to get the 'Welcome' table out of the home page and NOT in the forums...

What do I need to do for it to NOT show in the forums as well?

and thank you for the help

I'd actually like to get rid of that grey table all together on all of the pages and just have the navigational bar a little taller with just links.

How do I get rid of the other half of that table though... with the forum links as you go into the forums?
