Language Selection at Registration

Requested here

This mod allows user to choose a language (as default) at registration. This may be useful to multi-languages forums.
Of course, it only works on for furums that have more than one language.

I think it's a built-in feature in vb35. It only shows dropdown selection menu when you have more than one languages.

I want to know if it is possible for this to making an auto-language chooser... the possibility to show at user that are from other countries the pages of the forum in his languages.
