Adding a field to my forums and admin cp

I'd like to be able to add 3 invisible fields to my "Threads in Forum" row with the same font and size and color. I need to be able to input this information from the Admin CP, and it 1,2,3 (see attachment) needs to be completely searchable through it's own html page.

anybody have any clues?
