query about directories...
 
i have my forums in the root of public_html directory. so basically you access my forums by going to domainname.com now vBadvanced CMPS continually refers to the forums as being in the /forum/ directory. my question is how do i make it work so that the cmps file and forums are in the same directory... and i guess more importantly is it possible?!

You can change the path to your forums in the cmps_index.php file.

Just open the file in your favorite text editor and change that line.

Oh and what you might also want to do is change the name of your forums index.php to forum.php in the vB settings and rename the file. That way you can use the cmps as index.php.
