I turned this feature on but how do the users see how left them feedback? Im searching for this answer as we speak.

All a member needs to do is go into their user control panel. Depending on how you have your reputation guides set in the admin control panel, members will see the latest reputation in their usercp. You can set it to see a certain number of the most recent reputation points (say last five-ten reputations given) and make reputation "anonymous" so that members can't see who gave it (or make it so users can see who gave it!).
