How can i actually edit the archive pages/templates so its much more search engine optimized like at:

http://www.ukmusic.com/forum/showthread/t-26872.html

Im not to sure if this is the vb archive or a complete hack...

That is the archive hack for vB2.
From what I can tell, the HTML in the standard archiving for vB3 is within the PHP and not very convenient to edit.

hmm... i need to edit it! and that can't be for vb2 as he is running vb3

I believe you are mistaken, as the template names and several features in the actual forum are all vB2.
