i have vbulletin ver 3.00 in my url http://www.tarout.info/mo/

hacking by some hackrs ,,, how and can i restart my data bais ...

any help pls .

Your database is probaly intact but you should reupload a fresh set of vBulletin 3.0.5 files and upgrade.
