Helpdesk / Trouble Ticket hack
 
Hi all,

I've been searching around here for the past 30 minutes looking for a Helpdesk system that will intergrate with vB3, but without much joy. All I've found so far are 2 helpdesks for vB2, and a couple of bug trackers.

Before I spend the next week writing my own for our site, does anyone know of a vB3 Helpdesk, or if one's in development and due to be released (even if just in beta) shortly?

Have you checked http://www.cerberusweb.com/

This is one I've used before.
Not completely integrated as I believe their plugin is only for logging in the user based on vb3 user tables.
