I purchased my license yesterday and followed the instructions but I still show up unlicensed.

I purchased VBulletin ,and I want to download and install the VB portal ,but it keeps telling me that I am unlicensed.Is it just a matter of waiting for confirmation from vbulletin?

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive. The update of your account may take up to one hour.

The mail address that you used for your license must match the mail address you used here, case-sensitive!!

It can take up to an hour (or even more i think) before status is updated.
