help with a database error
 

sorry about the post in the wrong forums...

What version of uCS are you using: 095b
What is the exact error you recieve: during the 2nd step of installation where it tries to write the tables, I get this message

Database error in vBulletin 3.0.5:

Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO settinggroup (grouptitle, displayorder, volatile) VALUES ('uttpoints', '1081', '0')
mysql error: Duplicate entry 'uttpoints' for key 1

mysql error number: 1062

no. this was the first time i tried installing it... i even searched my database for anything ushop and nothing was in there, it was all vbulletin stuff

Try running the uninstallation. It will probably give an error, but ignore it. Then try to re-install it again.
