Turn Banner Ads off in Member User CP

I'd like to give members of certain user groups the option to turn off banners in much the same way they can now choose to view or not view avatars and signatures.

I know that I can use conditionals to determine which groups see banners but I'd prefer that they make the choice themselves in their user cp if possible.

Make an extra profile field and then use a conditional based on that field
