Is it possible to have a folder that contain's files for download but this is only allowed to a certain usergroup...

e.g. i have a abc.mp3 which i only want to allow mp3 usergroup to download and if someone else try's to download from there, it will not allow the file to download saying the user doesn't have permission....

This stop's people simply passing the dl link around...

Is it also possible to set the number of times allowed to download e.g. max dl's 3 per file so they don't give their username and password out to other people, and if they do, the account can be maxed after 3 downloads per file.
