IPB2 Importer = Passwords

Hi

i was asking in vb.com about why they can't import the password so he send me here and he was saying that someone is going to make this it will be hack .. and this was long time ago .. so i wonder if it is already done any news abot thishack.

There is no IPB2 -> vB2 importer, and if there was, it wouldn't import passwords either. That is becuase vB3 and IPB use different methods to store the password.

is any one going to make this hack .. i think it is very importen in the vb

The hack would have to be re-installed every upgrade for your users to retain passwords. In the long run this could break your ability to upgrade vBulletin. This is why I decided not to release the hack.
