Problems with vb3.0.4

Hi hi
i upgrade my board to the latest version and the shop now is only a blank page, also the templates are gone, any suggestion about?

Upload the installer and there is a link to re-install the templates.

EDIT: I just added this to the FAQ topic as I am sure others will have this problem as well.
