Bypass attachment limits in specific forum

I posted about this a while back but thought I would try again, maybe if I re-word it, it will help ;)

Basically, I need to bypass the attachment limitations on a specific forum. For example something that would say if forumid 85 then ignore the set attachment limitation for groups and allow it to be unlimited.
