Allow Guests to Post Attachments

Requested here

This hack allows unregistered users or guests to attach files/images to their posts.
Please use with consideration cuz enabling guest posting + file attachment may be a security + flood + spam risk.

Files modifications: 3
Template mod: none
Installation 1-2 mins.

Note: Your forum must have guest posting and attachment options enabled or it wont' work. To update your forum permissions, log into AdminCP => Forums & Moderators => Forum Permissions => select forums for guest posting.

Can't this be done my setting the usergroup to allow attachments? Or am I not understanding what this does?

vb allows guests to post/reply to a thread, but not to post attachment. This hack is to add that attachment option for guests.
