Viewing who viewed attachments and how many times
 

I see there are some mods around to see who viewed attachments. While that's something that I'd like, I'm also looking to see how many times someone viewed it.

Sounds odd to some I'm sure, but I'll explain why: we attach a good amount of video clips to some posts. They're obviously a bit bigger than a lot of the images people generally seem to attach. We only allow members to download attachments. We still have some threads with more views on the attachments than views on the thread itself. Example: the thread will have 300 views, yet the attachment 500 views. Someone's (or some people are) sucking up our bandwidth and I'd like to see who to either explain to them how to download something.

I may even limit viewing per attachment to a certain amount of times depending on what my statistics find.

Anyway - has anything like this been made yet?

I'd like the same thing if possible.
