I am not interlly sure where to place this, but I guess this is my best guess!
 
OKay I am trying to find a few things hehe...

I have the vBadvance feature added in my website.

1. I am trying to find something to shutdown my entire site when I want only one webpage being up, where all direct links are targeted to that saying that the site is down?

Where can I find something like this I am unsure what this is called....

2. I am trying to find the best way to edit my entire site to my own skin design I know its alot of work but I hear it can be easy..
